Duly filled application form to be submitted at the school reception along with DD of Rs. 250/-(non-refundable) favoring D.A.V CENTENARY PUBLIC SCHOOL, NARELA along with attested copies of all certificates and testimonials.
Kindly submit the form during school timing on working days.
