Admission  Schedule  for  the Session (2024-25) 

For Entry Level Classes  (below  six years of age ) for  open seats

The registration for  entry-level  classes [below six years of age] for open seats will commence from 23.11.2023

Registration can be done both online and offline .

Age  criteria  is  as  under :

For Pre -School

Less than 04  years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission  is  sought.

For Pre- Primary

Less  than 05 years  as  on  31st  March  of  the  year  in which  the  admission  is  sought.

For Class – 1

Less  than 06  years as  on  31st March  of  the  year  in  which  the admission  is  sought.

Note: The age relaxations for admission of upto 30 days may be granted at the level of head of school in the min. & upper age limit for these classes. The parents may approach the Head of School/Principal for seeking age relaxation through a mannual application.

ONLINE MODE:-

1. Fill the form in Capital letters only.

2.Online Registration will be done through the school website -

3. Register through a valid EmailID (Click Register button to register)

4. Payment will be made ONLINE.

5. Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount.

6. In case of single parent,the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.

7. Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents,the application will be deemed as rejected.

8. Printout of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parent,must be submitted at school reception ,alongwith self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents immediately.

9. If payment process is not completely suceesfully due to any reason ,process again.

                                                                                                                                                                                       

OFFLINE MODE :-

* Parents  can collect registration form/admission form  at school reception from 8:00am to 2:30 pm on working days.

* Parents are requetsted to bring original documents at the time of verification.

  Registration  form, available  in school  office   alongwith  Rs. 25/- [cash] [non – refundable Registration Fee]  will  be  submitted  in  the  school  office.

Documents  submitted  at  the  time  of Admission:
Some  of the indicative  documents which can be  considered as proof  of residence of parent/child:

  1. Ration card/Smart Card  issued  in  the  name  of  parents (Mother/Father having name of   child.
  2. Domestic certificate  of child  or  of his/her parents.
  3. Voter I-Card (EPIC)  of any parents.
  4. Electricity bill/MTNL  telephone bill/Water bill/Passport  in the  name  of any  of  the   parents or child.
  5. Aadhar Card/UID  card  issued  in  the  name  of  any of the parents.

 

  • Birth certificate  issued  by  the  MCD  or  any  competent  authority.
  • Report card of previous class (UKG onwards)
  • School Leaving  certificate
  • Medical certificate [in case of children with  special disability or specific illness]
  • Certificate  of OBC /ST/SC/ issued  by  the  competent  authority.
