D.A.V. Centenary Public School, Narela enthusiastically participated in the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign under Mission Green Delhi on 5 August 2026. A group of 20 students from the Eco Club (Sanrakshan), accompanied by teachers, took part in the plantation drive with great enthusiasm.

The students planted saplings in honour of their mothers and pledged to protect and nurture the environment. The activity created awareness about the importance of trees, environmental conservation, and sustainable living. The students actively participated in the programme and demonstrated their commitment towards a greener future.

The school was awarded a Certificate of Participation in recognition of its active contribution to this meaningful initiative. The programme inspired the Eco Club members to become responsible citizens and true Green Warriors, dedicated to protecting nature.
