School Fees is payable in cash at fee counter on all working days between 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.

• Kindly pay the fee on time before each term. No dues certificate from Accounts section shall be sent to the class teacher, only then the child shall be allowed to appear in the Terminal exams. Clearance of fee dues before each Terminal exam is essential failing which school shall be bound to take necessary action.

• All fees, except Refundable Security, is NON REFUNDABLE.

• Application for Refund for Ref. Security shall be entertained within four months from the date of leaving the school.

• The Parent will produce the receipt issued to them as proof of the payment, if needed.

• One month advance written notice will be required to discontinue the bus facility, otherwise one month’s bus fee will be charged. After Sept. no application for withdrawal of transport will be considered as the contract is made for the whole session (11 months).

• In case of loss of Fee Book the school office should be informed immediately. A Duplicate Fee Book will be issued on the payment of Rs.30/- only.

• School transport is an extended facility. It cannot be claimed as a privilege or a right. In case of School Bus users, full session fee will be charged. Discontinuation of School Bus in mid-session is not allowed Transport Fee will be charged according to distance.

• The students of class X and XII Class will have to pay full session fee, if they opt. for school transport. The School will not arrange transport from school to the centre of board exam. If it does so, it will charge extra.

• This does not include transportation from school to the centre of Board Exam.
